SEA is currently providing training at OMG&D through a partnership with Westport Public Schools Connections Program, serving adult students 18-22 with job training, community access and life skills instruction.  Approximately 20 hours per week, Connections students supported by Connections job coaches train on best-fit job functions that can then be generalized to other similar businesses - stocking, dishwashing and point of sale management.  SEA expands this training program directly through our own job coaches beyond the school day/year for Connections students. 

 

We are working to expand opportunities for adults 22+ in the coming months.
