Jim’s business career spans some 40 years, during which he held senior executive positions in advertising, investment banking, and strategic consulting, including eight years advising Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, Yard House, etc.) on a variety of growth initiatives.  During the past seven years Jim has devoted himself to nonprofit work and currently serves as the CEO of Generation S.O.S., an organization dedicated to preventing substance misuse and overdose among teens and young adults. Jim holds a BA in psychology and economics from Cornell University, and an MBA in finance and marketing from Harvard University.  He and his family have lived in the same home on Compo Beach for 26 years.
